MCAT intends to provide services at a reasonable rate to the public. We will consider lowering rates if demand of the pool and financial intake exceed the cost of operations. However, we reserve the right to raise rates to meet operating costs and inflation at any time if necessary.
The objective is to provide quality services to a diverse aquatic community of pool patrons. The goal is to keep the pool open to the community of Salinas.
